Live & Play

The Pool @ Hideaway has lounge chairs and tables for poolside meals or games.  The pool is open May - October and is heated as the weather requires.  There's a family bathroom and outdoor shower too.  Many thanks to John & Dani Jurgill and Byron Bahr for their ongoing care and maintenane of the pool and pool area.

Our fantastic marina has water and electric for all boaters.  That's not all - we have a covered gazebo for hanging out, a dedicated fishing spot for the kiddos and designated areas at the end of the docks for floating and swimming.  The marina has been known to host pop-up boat tailgate happy hour's on hot summer weekends.!

In 2018 we started a community garden.  Plots are available for $25.00 per season. Residents Ray Walters and Gene Nix donated their time to build out the plots, their efforts created a fantastic garden for all of us.  Email hideawayLKN@gmail.com to request a plot for next season.

Added in 2019, the party deck has more than enough space to host your party by the pool.  Folding tables, stackable chairs and plastic serveware are available for community use.  Email us to gain access to the shed.

Store your kayak, canoe or paddleboard on the racks next to building 2121.  Many thanks to Ray Walters for building new racks when we ran out of room!  

The "Top Forty" is our large lawn on the left side of Regatta Lane.  This is a great spot to play fetch with your pups, play soccer or "have a catch" with your kiddos.  Up here there's covered picnic table, peaceful bench and the community garden.

When our Tennis Court was resurfaced in 2019, we added lines for Pickleball.  Everything you need to play can be found in the storage box on the court, thanks to the Wissman's for donating the gear.  Our courts are lighted too, night games are always fun!

We have two charcoal grills down by the lake next to the covered picnic gazebo.  It's a great place to show your grillmaster skills or host an cookout!  Toss some bags to make your picnic complete, this is also where we store the Cornhole set.

Thank you to the McNiesh family for  donating an outdoor ping pong table, you'll find it in the corner of our Tennis Court with paddles and balls in the adjacent storage box.

Take a walk along wooded trails (entrance next to the shed) or find a quiet spot on one of our community benches to read a book or enjoy the lake views.
